Our full-service management includes everything from marketing and guest communication to cleaning, maintenance, lawn care, and emergency response. We can also coordinate seasonal tasks like dock installation/removal, snow clearing, and septic checks. We customize packages to suit your needs.
Where do you provide cottage management services? We proudly offer full-service cottage management across Kawartha Lakes and Muskoka regions. This includes properties in and around Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, Huntsville, Haliburton, Bobcaygeon, Fenelon Falls, Lindsay, and the surrounding lake communities.
How much do you charge for cottage management services? Our service fee ranges from 15% to 25% of your rental income, depending on the level of service you choose. We offer flexible packages designed to match your needs
