No parties or events. Guests must clean up after pets and keep them off furniture. Firepit use permitted only when local fire bans are not in effect. This property is on a septic system—please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Use the dock at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times near the water. No diving from the dock. Garbage must be removed from the cottage at checkout. Report any damage immediately.
