What’s included in a standard turnover clean?

Take off used sheets and towels, put on fresh ones, and make the beds nice and neat

Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop all floors

Wipe down window sills, furniture, and baseboards to remove dust

Clean mirrors and wipe any smudges on windows

Dust off ceiling fans and light fixtures

Scrub and disinfect toilets, bathtubs, sinks, counters, and showers

Check all drawers and closets to make sure guests didn’t leave anything behind

Wash any dirty dishes left in the sink and empty the dishwasher if needed

Wipe down all kitchen appliances, big and small

Throw out any leftover food in the fridge and freezer, then wipe them clean

Clean the microwave inside and out

Put patio furniture back where it belongs

Clean the BBQ inside and out, and put the cover back on

Check for any damage in the cottage — if there’s a problem, we’ll take a photo and let you know

1–2 Bedrooms: $150–$200 per clean
3–4 Bedrooms: $300–$350 per clean
5 + Bedrooms: Starting at $400+
Prices can vary depending on how much work is needed and what’s in your cottage — for example, if you have things like a laundry machine, BBQ, or dishwasher that need extra care.

Do You Help With Outdoor Maintenance? Yes! We’re happy to help keep your outdoor spaces looking great. Including: - Cleaning the deck - Sweeping the patio - Tidying up the bonfire area - Stacking and arranging firewood - General backyard cleanup - Keeping the waterfront area clean - etc. Every property is different, so we’ll go over the details with you to make sure it fits your place and your needs.
Do You Offer Laundry Services? Yes! We can help with laundry in two ways: - If you have a washer and dryer at your cottage, we’re happy to do laundry on-site during the clean. - If needed, we can also take your linens to a local laundromat and bring them back fresh and clean. Extra charges may apply for off-site laundry, depending on things like distance and how much there is to wash. We’ll work out a plan that fits your place and your schedule.
Do You Offer Handyman and Grocery Services? Yes, we do! We can handle basic handyman work like fixing the dock, repairing stairs, or working on the patio. The cost depends on the job — we’ll always talk it through with you first and agree on the price before we start. We can also pick up groceries and household supplies for you. Just keep in mind there’s an extra charge for the cost of the items and driving.
